Join our Westgate Respiratory Services Department as we seek a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team! Assesses, delivers, and documents respiratory care to include pulmonary hygiene and airway management and performs diagnostic exams as necessary. Manages all patients on ventilators and related life support equipment. Performs routine blood gas analysis. Assesses, plans, and evaluates the patient plan of care utilizing multiple respiratory modalities, respiratory therapy driven protocols, and advanced ventilation techniques. Located in Phoenix, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph’s Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.Minimum Requirements:Graduate of an AMA Respiratory Therapy Program required. Certified Respiratory Therapist (RG RT) required. Registered Repiratory Therapist (RG RRT) preferred. BLS required. ACLS required. NRP required (if working Nursery ICU). PALS (as required by facility).
